Classy Knits & Yarns was established in 1989 by Judy Williams. She started in a studio upstairs in the Historic Hay building. At this time Judy designed and knitted her garments for display at fashion shows. One of the most memorable one was at the Stockdale Country Club sponsored by the Guild House in 1991. What a growing experiences.
From there everyone liked the fibers that she was using and talked her into selling them. Now Classy Knits & Yarns has turned into a full service knitting, crochet and needlepoint shop. Judy will be forever grateful for all her customers support through the years.
Just remember when you’re looking for quality and service come to Classy Knits & Yarns. The same owner for 19 years

~ Friendly, colorful, inviting, idea- filled sunlight; laughter; new friends and shared stories; textures; the softness of wool, the slick slide of silk, the roughness of linen
~ Warm, Friendly, inviting, cozy
~ Bright; happy place for me. Full of my favorite things. Organized. Clean.
~ It gives Meg and me that wonderful feeling of comfort and fun. It is awe inspiring to be among the beautiful yarns. You arrange everything so beautifully and it gives me ideas to knit. Pam
